Culture change starts with highlighting and amplifying the behaviors that matter most.

When you assessed your culture, you identified practices that support your goals—and those that undermine them. The next step is to build awareness around the core behaviors you want to see more of, emphasizing that even small, consistent actions can signal meaningful cultural progress.
